4:3 in recordings with a 16:9 camera

Found the following in the presentation.yml file:

/usr/local/bigbluebutton/core/scripts/presentation.yml

video_output_width: 640
video_output_height: 480

This could be the reason for the black stripes in the Recordings. @roland.alton @felix @bbb
