Upgrade to BBB 3.0

This is a meta issue for keeping an overview of the tasks needed to bring fairblue up-to-date with BBB 3.0. The architecture will be different from fairblue for BBB 2.5: Instead of a separate HTML5 client we will develop an independent service that will communicate with BBB via the plugin SDK.
