Provide source code with integrated extensions for easy deployment

at our production-branch(es) please provide release versions as tags with a changelog in the description

the description should

• describe how this release differs from its predecessor
• describe relevant changes in the functionality UI/UX
• mention affected/related issues

update readme.md

• with relevant information for deployment
• update changelog at the end of the file

We would like to install the extensions on the most current stable release.

Current version: 2.2.28

Strategy for us:

• fairkom creates a branch on their repository that is called "wechange-bbb-2.2.28" or similar
• fairkom copies the BBB source code of the html5-client in the corresponding version into that branch
• fairkom cherry-picks the extensions into this branch

Installation by us:

• Hostsharing downloads the source code and builds the HTML 5 client
• Hostsharing replaces the HTML 5 client of an existing BBB server and restarts the service

I understand that it is difficult for Hostsharing to ensure matching versions between the bbb-components and the patch. They cannot guarantee reproducible setups as BBB-upstream and package versions in ubuntu move forward.

We are interested in having reproducible setups to rollback config changes, add additional servers to our cluster and so on.

@roland.alton What is your opinion on this? Are reproducible setups feasible? How would you attempt to do it?
