Floor and translation are audible at the same volume - Treshold settings?
Dear @roland.alton, today my colleagues Gerhard Schwed, Susanna Hufsky and I tested this room https://bbb-23.meet-modular.com/html5client/join?sessionToken=6crk4b51m4aibwrz.
Our test protokoll
-
Test 1 (Susanna = interpreter, Gerhard = listener in the role of moderator, Frannziska = Floor speaker) a) Treshold -70 (Default) - both channels are audible at the same volume b) Treshold -10 - only floor is audible c) Treshold -100 - both channels are audible at the same volume, similar to -70
-
Test 2 (Susanna = interpreter, Gerhard = listener in the role of participant, Frannziska = Floor speaker) a) Treshold -10 - Floor is louder than translation b) Treshold -80 - both at the same volume
-
Test 3 (Susanna = Speaker in floor, Gerhard = listener in the role of participant, Frannziska = interpreter) Treshold -70 - Floor is low, Translation is loud - BUT in general, Susanna's audio output was lower than Franziska's, due to hardware differences.
Check: https://conference.meet-modular.com/html5client/join?sessionToken=s0priyootsabhj9s 4. Test 4 on conference-server (Susanna = interpreter, Gerhard = listener in the role of participant, Frannziska = Floor speaker) Translation works as expected.
Can we arrange a test session together to ensure the correct settings? Kind regards, Franziska Dietl
