Fairteaching relaunch BBB 3.0
This is a meta issue for keeping track of the several steps involved in bringing our fairteaching infrastructure up-to-date.
Required steps:

Server setup and BBB installation -
include grafana-agent on the BBB machines -
set up restic backups for recordings -
Create SIP endpoint for new BBB infrastructure
Dev Environment (fairteaching-dev)

PILOS on k8s(dev) -
b3scale on k8s(dev) -
b3scale node agents on BBB machines (dev) -
Set up fairlogin on PILOS (dev) -
Set up recordings (dev) -
Test the dev infrastructure
Prod Environment (fairteaching-prod)
