In the sidebar, go to Privacy & Security and click Screen Recording on the right. Find your browser in the list (e.g., Google Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge). Check the checkbox next to the browser name to grant permission.

The fair limit is 75 with the fairmeeting large plan. Technically there is no hard limit, also up to 500 or even more can join a room. In such a case please book an event package.
