Manage rooms with ModBot

Whenever we need a more sophisticated way to manage rooms, we should have a look at https://github.com/aximut/jitsi-meet-modbot

It creates a BOSH connection. 1.0 version has not yet all functions implemented. The code is not published nor open source.
