Migration bbb@scale -> Pilos

We will NOT migrate

• users
• rooms
• recordings

Users have to login at Pilos #183 (moved) and create new rooms.

All recordings will be converted to an mp4 and stored on an external HD (or on bridge0) by @martin.klampfer If a user wants a specific recording, they should send a support ticket, We then ask them to login at fair.tube and upload it with a private link manually from the HD.
