CR: Display user avatar in HTML5 client

Prerequisites

• BBB session is not started from Greenlight, but is generated using the API
• Parameter avatarURL contains a URL to an externally retrievable image, e.g. https://wechange.de/media/cosinnus_portals/portal_wechange/avatars/user/nWxITERhXyfX.png

Current state

• It is not yet integrated in the current BBB version, but apparently there is a merge request right here:
  • https://github.com/bigbluebutton/bigbluebutton/pull/10458

Desired state

• Please apply the modifications of this ticket to our development version

@Beier From https://github.com/bigbluebutton/bigbluebutton/pull/10458 i conclude that this is already in the development branch. Am i correct? Whats your current estimate on this?

this is part of bbb2.3 and we are using this in our production system.. It is the base of #23
