reconfiguring interpretation during one session leads to crosstalk between channels

problem

• reconfigure the interpretation (set of languages) during a running session (stop, set up new languages, start again) while participants have active channels
• some participants have issues with crosstalk (hearing interpretation regardless of listening-channel, ...)
• starting fresh (new bbb-meeting) solves the issue

goal

• reconfiguration should be possible without being affected by current state (lang setup, current state of different participants)
