remove threshold ui when speakDetection is disabled

• threshold for speakdetection of interpreters is configurable in ui
• this is currently inactive, but still visible to the user

• make the ui for setting the threshold (label, editfield, button, description) invisible when the feature is disabled

• show the ui depending on the configuration- setting - only when enabled: true
•
