Adjust html5 client join to work with BBB 2.1 (master branch)

Update settings-production.json when assigning hostname

Update AIR client with 2.1 presentation code

Also add muteOnStart Meeting property and some logs for easier work on redis message handling

 - try to make rtmps work in client
