 Add placeholder for screenshare help page.

Fix screenshare autoreconnect. Fixes issue #3252

 Format code properly by fixing indents and line endings.

  Handle auto-reconnect when user is sharing screen and when user is viewing screen.

 Reformat code by running dos2unix.
