- Patched flexlib, included new one. Will commit it to github to comply with license

- Fixed flexlib project issue 244, not being able to registed MDIWIndow resize event.
- Removed timers in present and desktop sharing to watch for maximize, using new patch instead.
- Removed patches in BBB MDIWindow subclasses for maximization, no longer needed
