Format conference num

 - separate conf num with space instead of dash

 Initial work on more flexible formatting is being done in
  https://github.com/ritzalam/bigbluebutton/tree/format-voice-conf-number

 This just addresses complaints on mailing list that separating using '-'
 is confusing.
