Create a status page
A big problem is people don't know what is working among all the various services, and the only way to find out is by going on telegram and finding the developer who is working on that aspect of botc. It is important to present all this information in a simple way and on a single page. As we go along though, we can build ways to automate this information gathering, which is one of the most crucial tasks of the communications team and tech team, as it guarantees a certain level of knowledge at least of what is available as a service.
In order to do this we use "knock" services to check if sites or subsites within the BoTC sphere are working properly, and returning 200 or other positive codes. Also in other services we are in touch with we can check specifically with devs who already monitor things such as for fairmarket published products or availability info for fairpay cards simply by asking the working group to update this info when they run out.

A small wordpress plugin can automate the updating of this mostly manual data. We will need reports and to be included in monitoring so that any relevant service failures can be communicated quickly and seamlessly to users of the service.
