Deploy phpList

• Feature list looks okay https://git.fairkom.net/fairapps/portfolio/issues/10#note_23287
• Test install was smooth
• Plugins available for Drupal etc
• Embedding via iframe, including custom stylesheets in registration pages is easy

As soon as #2 (closed) is available we could start with installation.
