Passive patenting use case

When relaunching RegisteredCommons.org we would like to better cover the use case of being able to publish a work or an open hardware description in order to prevent that somebody else is trying to claim a patent on it. This can be achieved by registering a description of a technical methodology on a public platform. We would like users to encourage doing it with the new fairregister service.

A summary or the metadata should go into the description field #11 . The document itself should be a snapshot of the work as zip file or a PDF.

Open hardware should be described with an Open Know-How (OKH) meta-data file which then points to further documentation, e.g. in a git repository.

As a license #8 for open source hardware, OSEG recommends CERN OHL v2 which is included in SPDX as https://spdx.org/licenses/CERN-OHL-1.2.html - so we do not need an extra license field for open hardware.

We add this to the user stories: https://git.fairkom.net/hosting/faircommons/-/wikis/user-stories
