OpenCast seems to have streaming support included. Has debian packages and should work on k8s https://github.com/mtneug/containerized-opencast-workshop/tree/master/k8s/02-opencast

PeerTube has Live-Streaming capabilities in it's upcoming release. Could also be a nice solution for making videos available to the public.

Yes we've seen that they reached their fund raising ceiling.

fair.tube based on PeerTube is up and running. Streaming service works nice.
