start interpretation mode

1. start or join a BigBlueButton conference with the fairblue plugin as a BBB moderator
2. select the button for creating a new interpretation channel
3. select add language
4. enter or choose the respective language of the interpretation channel and confirm
5. add an other interpretation channel for a different language
6. after all interpretation channels have been added, press start interpretation

Postcondition: the created interpretation channels are immediately available for the participants.
