Dear @Beier@roland.alton , and now we get reports from some users, that they also experience this in the normal room. It is something we have to look at more deeply. We are going to do a testing session with the people. Just to check: Our server has all the latest updates and there should be nothing wrong, right?
Hi @Beier, we verified, that this is happening for some users - not only in BR but also on the Main Room. In the BR it happens always - but on the main room only for some users. Would be quite urgent!
@franziska.dietl@g.schwed
If you change anything, please let us know, so that we can test again. Thanks a lot!
@Beier we have one person, that we can contact again for testing, where this specifically happens - in Chrome and Edge. It happens only on this computer, not on a different one. So would it make sense to run a test, and is there anything, that we can look at specifically (inspect browser etc.), or would it make sense to take you in the test?
@Beier@roland.alton we are also affected by this bug. maybe it is related to this other bug, where the interpetation channels stay active after disconnecting audio #86?
@Beier please update me on the state of this issue. Would it make sense to test the tool again, and are there any environmental settings to be considered?
@Beier , just to add on this: Is there any way to solve the problem also for people with an older system build? We might not be able to enforce this always, and it would be better to be more independent from Windows here.
To be honest, we are testing some changes for the breakout room anyway, so it makes sense to test with the new release anyway again.
Please always look for error messages in the debug console of the browser, it might some function not supported by older browsers. I guess with the system update the browser was updated as well in the case of Edge.
If you have a physical machine I can look at, I gladly take it, but remote debugging is rather inefficient and if this is a Windows Sound System Bug, this gets rather complicated.
Is it any version prior 17134.2026 or just this one?
Lieber @christian.zange , lieber @Beier ,
