delay of 2s when switching interpretation channels

problem

• when switching interpretation channels, there is a delay of several seconds before i can be heard by other users
• the delay (about 2 seconds) occurs after the checkmark appears in the channel menu

goal

• the checkmark should indicate when i actually can start speaking

• bbb2.3 with recent fairblue, reproduced on our production server (with working turn) and on dev.fairteaching.net
• it is a common use case that interpreters switch channels quickly to interpret multiple languages
