Replace default lastname "unknown"
We have several users, who do not fill out the last name when registering for a fairlogin account (field is not required). In gitlab or fairchat they then appear as josef.unknown . Yes, they can fix that by changing their user name, but many do not care it seems.
I suggest to replace default lastname with "fairapps".
