Fair assistance service
All newcomers but also the oldest users of faircoin, faircoop and the whole ecosystem would need assistance in their fist day or in their daily 'fair vehaviour'.
This is a purposal to merge all those tasks related to 'usercare' in an assistance team.
Complicated things like specific technical assistance, or simple doubts about the fair ecosystem, simple password recovery issues, bug reports, etc. Would need to be solved As Soon As Possible in most of the cases... While daily tasks as tansaction validation, purchase confirmations, exchange verifications and such things are being done by some confident cooperativists that have at the same time the knowledge to solve most of the frequently asked questions that the users would have to ask. And evenmore, they can derivate each case to the proper place or make sure that people meets each other in any case of study or any issue reported. To take note of new ideas and bugs and to take a constant look at the information flowing properly bewtween fair partners can also be important things to take care of. Things as live voice translations of the assemblies or archiving the results of the meetings, take note of the consensus acquired... Can also be done.
The old currencies like euros use to have means of payment services and call centers to attend all the merchants that uses the point of sale terminals of their own bank network. For example VISA or MASTERCARD customers that want to call to a center where people attends their customers needs.
As a part of WellcomeSupportHumancare, this is a purposal to merge all those services in a team of people able to resolve daily tasks for the community while attend and response calls or chats from people in needs of help or remote assistance.
As the ammount of faircoin users is growing up and we intend to make this crypto currency the reference for the post capitalism society. Its getting more and more necessary to attend all the people doubts in a reasonable time and take proper care of them using all those tools we have now working or still in progress of development like fairchat, fairphone, telegram, git, ocp, etc...
Of course, all the people who currently do any related task could be the core group to form first. And we may later be able to make a handbook for future fair attendees by helping the community to be agile.
