Doing that you will be able to manage the work done by the people participating in the node, to make payments to them if decided, to manage the faircoin addresses of the node and the POE.

**HOW TO CREATE A JOINING FORM**

## HOW TO CREATE A SIGNUP FORM
Once a Node is created and registered in OCP (See this link for more info: https://board.net/p/Local_Nodes_resources_index ) you need to create a joining form to allow new members to join. Now this is not an automatic process so you need to ask to any admin by contacting them in Telegram or sending an email to localnodes@fair.coop asking for the joining form.

For people that are not still part of OCP and need a new account they need to join from outside, so the coordinators of the node in OCP can share the url of the joining form. To know the url must go to the project by clicking on **Your projects**/**Projects coordinated by you** and selecting the node project. There you can see the option view form:

Now the coordinator of the Node can manage the request, accept or not the member and register it if new. Let's see how to do it.

A mail will sent to the new member with the password to log in. Is important that all the new members change the password as soon as receive it because the mail is sent to all the members of the project, this is a bug that devs are going to fix but till it happens is necessary to change it asap.
