Once you are in you first have to manage the local nodes requests, to do it click on "manage request":

Once you enter there you will see the request of the nodes as they fulfill the form:

It is very important to be sure that the form is fulfilled by the node account (sometimes an individual member of the node fulfill it and is not valid it must be fulfilled by the node account), if it happens you have to contact any member of the node and guide them on how to do it correctly ;).
You have to review the application to see if its fulfilled well ( mainly to explain the roadmap they have for the use of the funds to run the node) Also you have to contact them to explain the procedure to accept their request:
1. Guide and help them on how to make this roadmap
2. How many people/hours they want to commit (max 5 people, and how many hours per week/ each ( it can be 16 or 24 hours). *We need to review the form to add this field
3. Explain them about the next LN assembly where they will be present to explain their roadmap.
Once the assembly is done and the node is accepted you have to go to "manage request" and click on the accept button so the node will be now part of the list onf nodes actives on the campaign:

Now you have to manage in the spreadsheet the node and the participants and hours committed:

and in the spread of the current month the total amounts to send each month to each node (keep in mind that can be variations on the time commited by the node members ( if it happens they have to comment it in the local nodes assembly):

It is in euros cause is more easy to manage to know how many faircoins I use getfaircoin to make the conversion and have the final amount in fair.
In each local nodes assembly we have to add to the pad the nodes and amounts to be sent and remember those nodes active to share their monthly reports. Once the assembly is done you have to send to enric ( or who manage the funds) to sent the total amount to the faircoin address of the project in ocp so the last day of the month you can send the faircoins to each node address to do that go to the project as said above and click on "manage" in the faircoin address and you will see the addres management:

now select the node clicking on the tab:

add the quantity and a description to know wich month is:

and click on send. The funds will be sent to the node account. In the account history will be recorded all the transactions so we can see it nd review it:
