This app is developed by FairCoop team with the aim to create a tool to make it easy to create work plans, log your work and validate it into the Open Coop Work. Please keep in mind is in beta that means is under constant evolution, so it will be better and better! ;)
You need to have an OCP account so you can use this same credentials to log in. Go to https://agent.fair.coop and log in.
1. Log work
Once you are in you can see there is two options: log work or validate other's work. Lets log our work first.
Click on "Do some work" and select the area where you are working on. There you can see all the projects/areas where you are involved.:
Once you select the area where you are going to log your work you will see first a diary of the people and work logged by them:
Click on plans and choose the plan where you are going to log your work you will see as a kanban the status of each plan:
Select the proccess and the task where you are going to log your work:
Fulfill the data as you was doing in OCP:
Select the time you spend on this task, the date when you did it and add a description of the task done. PLS keep in mind to add the date related to the month you did the work if you log it later cause it will be payed in the month you select!!!
If it is voluntary work click on the button Request payment to disable it otherwise will be payed.
Finally click on Log event. thats all.
To validate work first go to kispagi and select the task you want to validate:
This will show you a pop up window, click on validate button, it will redirect you to the task:
There you can see the info related to the work so click on validate:
Done! the task is now validated:
And in Kispagi will appear your validation(data autorefresh every 10min):
Done!! now is more easy to log and validate work
