Creating inquiries of invoices

Freedoomcoop users should be able to create an inquiry of invoice to Freedoomcoop admins.

• They should be able to select a client
• They should be able to select a IBAN destination(if user has also BoC, otherwise always betabank will appear with their username)
• They should be able to select the language of the invoice (this could be automated if we have a field in Client to specify what language should the invoices be)
