Testing in Odoo11

Is this project stopped for anything? I think is good to put online and copy database for freedomcoop users and start as soon as possible we want to test for put a deadline maximum this February... is any against? Specially @santi because maybe are there any reason, that I can't see...

Also Ivan and me are thinking if is possible to use odoo 10 or 11 to use the last version as possible too
