How to move our Old Faircoins (FAC) which are currently in an online platform to my new Faircoin (FAIR) wallet

Could somebody help me to move my old Faircoins(FAC) to my new Faircoin (FAIR) wallet? I bought some faircoins(FAC) years ago in poloniex website and I forget that account. Today I checked them to see if they are still available Faircoin is removed from poloniex market but it is possible to withdraw them. But I can't send them to another account because faircoin's logo has changed. I think moving them should be possible but I don't know how to do it. Does anyone have an idea or can I find an old wallet to move them? I wrote to poloniex support team but they haven't responded yet
