Clarify roles of organisational partners in the FairCoop ecosystem
The FairCoop ecosystem is cooperating with some organisations, companies or coops, among them:
- fairkom (non-profit coop - see relation to FairCoop: http://board.net/p/faircoop-fairkom)
- Chip Chap Payments, S.L. (for profit company)
- Freedomcoop (coop)
- BankOfTheCommons (coop to be founded)
- Dezentrale (NGO)
- LinuxIT (for profit company)
- ...
However, the Open Cooperative Work system is tailored to individuals as partners for refunding efforts or when it comes to distributing tasks. For example in the tech group some members prefer that tasks go to individuals only, not to an organisation.
But some organisations have employees, server costs, they have to pay rent or need to outsource bookkeeping or lawyer consulting. So it makes sense to them that they also can take a task and invoice it.
Common Management should propose a policy, how organisations are being treated in the FairCoop ecosystem. Currently they are sometimes in the position that they have to "defend" their not-so-anarchic status.
