change of audio device only changes floor channel

problem

  • when interpreter is on an interpretation channel, switching the device via the handset-button does not affect the current channel
  • switching channel back and forth does apply the new setting on chromium, does not work at all on firefox

goal

  • switching audio devices should affect all channels immediately
