Translators mic mute insufficient

we noticed a bug in BBB 2.2. (e.g. here: https://conference.meet-modular.com/b/fra-gp2-pxf-1kb). If the interpreters are logged into a language channel to interpret to, and their interpreters mic is muted, then they are still audible in the language channel. This disturbs the audio significantly, since private conversations are witnessed publicly. Our current work-around is to recommend the interpreters to log out of the language channel by choosing the channel "none", and to mute the interpreter mic (just to be extra safe).
Today we will test, if this phenomenon also occurs with the BBB 2.3, which is still in the internal testing phase. Please, help us fix this issue in both version.
