Push messages delivered in chunks

Push messages which arrive from any RC server (3.18.4, 3.18.5), come late and sometimes several times. Observed on Android devices only.

Push gateway pods seem to run normal in 3/3 replication.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
